Creating Email Accounts in Plesk 10

  1. Log into your Plesk instance by going to Https://Your_Address:8443. Be sure to login as the customer or client and not the admin account.
  2. Once you are logged in you will see several tabs on the top of the screen. Click on the one labled "Mail".
  3. You will now be in the "Mail" section. Here you can add and remove email accounts for your domains. To setup a new email account, click on "Create Email Address".
  4. Here you can specify the desired email address user and domain, as well as the size of the email account, forwarding options, email aliases, auto replyies, spam filter settings and anti-virus settings.

  6. Once you have created the account and selection your features, click "Ok" to save the user.
