Reinstall a Plesk License

This articles discusses how to reinstall a Plesk License if you have a backup of the license file in .zip format.  Typically Hosting.com will take care of this for you but this article is here for your reference.

1. Log into Plesk by navigating to https://<ip_address>:8443.  Accept the self-signed certificate if presented with one and log in as the server administrator user.
2. Once logged in, navigate to Tools & Utilities under Server Management.

3. Next, click License Management.

4. On the next screen, click Upload Key at the top of the page.

5. Click the Choose File button, select the Plesk License key in zip format and check the two boxes: Replace the currently installed license key with the selected one and Do not check the resource usage limits defined by the key.  

6. Click OK.  The license is now active and all functionality of Plesk as included in the license is active.
