Restrict Administrative Access in Plesk 10

This is similar to what iptables does via command line.  This applies only to Plesk 10 on Linux.

  1. Log into the Plesk administrative interface by navigating to https://<ip_address>:8443 as the server administrator.  A self-signed certificate may show an error in the browser in which case it is OK to accept the self-signed SSL.
  2. Navigate to Settings on the left hand side navigation bar.
  3. Plesk Settings
  4. Click Restrict Administrative Access under Tools.
  5. Restrictions in Plesk
  6. Enter in the network or network addresses to allow access and click Set. Upon clicking Set, this will restrict access to Plesk admin to just those networks which are allowed.
