Add images to my signature in SmarterMail

The following article explains how to set up your email signature in SmarterMail. A signature will be attached to any message you send via SmarterMail.

1. Open a browser window go to one of the following URLs:
   • http://list.yourdomainname.com
   • http://server.safesecureweb.com - server name provided when list was created
2. Login as with your email address and password.
3. Click on Settings
4. From the My Settings menu select Account Settings.
5. Choose the Signature tab.

   

6. Click on the < > symbol to edit HTML.
7. Add a link to your image on a web server using an IMG tag

   

8. Click Save
