Check how much disk space my email domain is using

An important aspect of using email is checking the disk space used. Any data you can check from the server, whether in the inbox, deleted items, or junk mail counts to your total.

1. Log in to your webmail as a user with administrator user
   • Every email domain on a Hosting.com server will have a root@ email user with administrative permissions
2. To check your space used click "Reports" on the top menu bar
3. Expand "Domain Summary Reports from the left side menu
4. Expand "Traffic Reports"
5. Click on "Disk Usage"

This will give you the chart seen below:

You can click on any users name to get a breakdown of their disk use by folder. This will let you identify and address any users that are using an undue amount of email disk space.
