Create folder in SmarterMail

You can create additional folders aside from the usual such as Inbox and Sent Items for storing and organizing emails.

  1. Login to your SmarterMail account with any user at http://mail.domain.com
  2. On the main screen, click the green plus sign this is the add folder option
  3. Enter your folder name in the Folder prompt and click Save

You will now see the folder list in the left pane. You can drag and drop email in the newly created folder as you please.
