Enable and Disable email users

You can enable and disable email user temporarily.

1. Login to your SmarterMail account with any admin user at http://mail.domain.com
2. Click Settings and from the top menu and expand Domain Settings from the left pane, click on Users

   

3. Right click on any user and select Edit.
4. Check the box that says Disable User to disable the user.
5. Uncheck to enable again.
