Set up sent items folder in SmarterMail

The following article explains how to set up the sent items folder in SmarterMail. It is typically on by default, and stores messages sent from the webmail client, or a remote IMAP connection. The folder will not appear until a message has been sent.

  1. Open a browser window and go to one of the following URLs:
    • http://mail.domainname.com
    • http://mail#.safesecureweb.com (this address is provided in the setup email)
  2. Login using your email address and password.
  3. From the top menu bar, click Settings.

  4. Click on the Account Settings menu.
  5. Click on the Compose tab.
  6. Add a checkmark to Enable Sent Items Folder.
  7. Click Save.
