Share a folder in SmarterMail

This guide discusses how to share folders in SmarterMail. It can be used to share mail folders, contacts, or most often calendars.

  1. Log in to your email box at mail.domain.com
  2. Click Settings
  3. Expand Sharing, and click Shared Resources.

  4. Click New.
  5. Choose what folder to share, click Next.

  6. Select which user(s) or groups to share with.
  7. Assign a permissions level under Access.
    • None
    • Availability Only (only for calendars)
    • Read-Only
    • Full
  8. Click Save.

You will see a summary of the new permissions.
