How do I add Premium Spam Filtering?

The following article explains how to add Premium Spam Filtering. The Premium Spam Filtering service can be ordered and configured through the Control Panel. Once purchased, you will create a domain profile and configure mailboxes from that domain.

To add Premium Spam Filtering, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Click the Add Premium Spam Filtering today! banner on the Control Panel home page.
  5. Click Try Premium Spam Filtering.
  6. Click Order Now.
  7. In the new window that opens, select the number of mailboxes you will be configuring for Premium Spam Filtering and complete the order form.
  8. Click the order form window and return to the Control Panel window.
  9. Click Proceed to Step 2.
  10. Enter the requested information to create a domain profile.
  11. Click Proceed to Step 3.
  12. Enter each email address you would like set up for Premium Spam Filtering.
  13. Click Setup Spam Filtering.

Please allow up to 5 minutes for the users to be configured.
