How do I modify the information for my domain in Premium Spam Filtering?

The following article explains how to modify the information for your domain in Premium Spam Filtering. When your domain is first configured for Premium Spam Filtering, the company name and from address are set to your information that we have on file. If you did not supply us with a company name, it is set to Premium Spam Filtering by default. This information is visible on the setup email your users will receive. You can modify this information through the Control Panel.

To modify the information, please follow these steps:

1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
2. Click on Control Panel Login.
3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
4. Expand Postini Spam Filtering and select Modify Postini Settings.
5. Under Domain Settings, click the domain name.
6. Update the Company and/or Support Contact.
7. Click Save Changes.

Please allow upto 5 minutes for the change to take effect.
