How do I reset my Premium Spam Filtering message center password?

The following article explains how to reset your Premium Spam Filtering message center password. When your user is first created for Premium Spam Filtering, you are given a temporary password that must be changed the first time you log in. If you lose this password, you can request a new temporary password be sent. After you receive the temporary password, you can log into the message center and change it.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to www.postini.com
  2. Click Customer Login located in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter the Log in Address.
  4. Enter an invalid password.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Click Forgot your Password.
  7. Click Submit.
