How do I retrieve my SmarterStats and SmarterMail license for my Windows VPS?

The following article explains how to retrieve your SmarterStats and SmarterMail license for your Windows VPS.

Windows .NET and CF VPS customers: your plan includes a 50 domain license version of SmarterStats and SmarterMail. You must first retrieve your license through your Control Panel and then activate it for use. Instructions for doing so are listed below.

Windows VPS Base customers: your plan includes a 1 domain license version of SmarterStats and SmarterMail. This license is already activated for you.



To retrieve your 50 domain license key, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com.
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Click the Add SmarterTools to your VPS Account! banner.
  5. Click Add SmarterTools to your VPS Account!.

You will receive an email from support@smartertools.com with your license key and activation information.
