Accepted worldwide as the leading IT service delivery methodology, ITIL is a means of providing value to customers by facilitating outcomes that they want to achieve without the ownership of specific costs and risks.

    A key component of ITIL is the adoption of a common terminology among customers, vendors and partners.     The HOSTING team merges customer requirements with our own set of certified configurations and inputs them into our automated provisioning engine to build the cloud environment in one or more of our data centers. The result is a scalable, secure and highly available cloud environment.

    HOSTING leverages the expertise gained from implementing thousands of successful cloud migrations to minimize downtime and reduce the risk to data and environments throughout the process. We plan, implement and test the movement of data and applications into the new cloud-based architecture, ensuring that systems remain online and data stays secure.

    MANAGE – We Manage Your Cloud; You Get Visibility and Control

    HOSTING provides customers with a robust – yet intuitive – set of monitoring and management tools, all of which are available through a convenient and customizable customer portal. From the HOSTING Customer Portal™, customers can provision, monitor and manage virtual machines (VMs), domains, firewalls and other cloud assets. Customers also have access to live 24 x 7 x 365 support from a seasoned Tier 2 or Tier 3 support specialist via telephone, email or online chat.

    PROTECT – Multilayer Security for Compliance

    HOSTING owns and operates six world-class data centers strategically located across the United States. Purposely built to scale to the needs of our domestic and international clientele, each data center is validated for compliance against HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOC (formerly SAS 70) frameworks. Our data centers boast round-the-clock, multi-layered security including 24 x 7 x 365 on premise personnel, biometrics, video surveillance and three layers of network operations center (NOC) monitoring.
