From all of us at HOSTING, I would like to wish you the happiest of holidays and a joyous new year! 2015 was a momentous year for HOSTING in so many ways. And we couldn’t have done it without the enthusiastic support of our customers, partners, and colleagues. Following are few highlights from the past year.
New, future-focused products and services
HOSTING introduced 14 new products in 2015 – designed to accelerate our customers’ business success. We set the bar in introducing a complete unified cloud solution on the AWS and Azure cloud platforms. The HOSTING Unified Cloud™ provides customers with the freedom to build, deploy and manage applications in a compliant, secure and highly available environment – backed by the industry’s most aggressive Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
In addition, HOSTING also introduced a suite of managed compliance services for HIPAA and PCI DSS. Our team of information security and compliance experts help customers understand their exposure as well as their regulatory and compliance obligations. This year, they introduced a suite of services that empowers organizations to proactively manage their compliance status and address any vulnerability that could lead to a potential breach. Having successfully supported more than 400 customer audits, HOSTING is one of the few cloud service providers to offer 100% Audit Assurance.
HOSTING takes its commitment to providing secure, compliant services seriously. Which is why we willing undergo independent, third-party audits. This year, we were re-accredited for HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOC 2 & 3. And I’m pleased to share with you that our auditor deemed HOSTING “one of the most compliant companies we’ve audited.”
Our subsidiary, Ntirety, also rolled out numerous solutions this year, including:
- Automated NSpect™ – this solution provides and automated analysis of database environments, ensuring they are performing at peak levels
- Ntrust® Database Appliance – this provides database monitoring and security services within the HOSTING Unified Cloud™
- Database-as-a-Service – this provides managed database services with guaranteed availability and performance levels
Highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) to date
One of the things I’m most proud of this year is that HOSTING achieved record Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 66.18. For those of you who might be unfamiliar with NPS, it quantifies the level of our customers’ loyalty by asking one simple question:
How likely are you to recommend HOSTING to a friend or colleague?
This simple metric has become the defacto standard for measuring customer satisfaction for most service-oriented companies. And it’s the single most important benchmark by which HOSTING employees are measured. While our industry-leading NPS puts us in the same company as world-class service companies such as Nordstrom, Apple and Zappo’s, we don’t rest on our laurels. We strive everyday to provide better products, services and support to our customers. And with your feedback, we are continuing to find ways in which to improve.
A spirit of giving
The team at HOSTING is committed to serving our communities throughout the year through numerous charitable activities. In addition to our annual Toy Drive, we had the privilege of “adopting” five local families here in Denver, CO, providing them with household necessities as well as holiday gifts from their wish lists. The gratitude we received from these families was overwhelming; only surpassed by the joy our team took in playing “Santa.” It’s an experience that I think many of us will be hard-pressed to match or forget.
