HOSTING COO Joel Daly Shares Best Practices for Creating an Authentic Customer-Centric Culture at ZingTrain’s Executive Roundtable

Denver, CO – March 13, 2014 – Joel Daly, Chief Operating Officer of HOSTING, will be the keynote speaker at Zingerman’s ZingTrain executive roundtable on March 26, 2014. Daly will share how HOSTING took the best customer service lessons from companies such as Zingerman’s and Zappos, and applied them to create its own customer-centric service culture.

Daly’s key takeaways for creating successful customer service strategies include:

  • An overview of “The Age of the Customer”
  • Three Business Truths that guide customer–centric service companies
  • Essential steps to building a customer–centric service culture
  • The metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that HOSTING leverages to measure the success of its customer service strategy
  • How HOSTING uses customer journey maps to help improve products, processes and customer experience

A key function of Daly’s role as COO of HOSTING is to ensure each department has the tools and resources they need to “wow” its cloud hosting and managed cloud services customers at every juncture.

“In this post-recession environment, offering great products and services isn’t enough to gain the loyalty – or even attention – of today’s empowered businesses,” Daly says. “Our authentic, customer–focused culture enables HOSTING to differentiate itself by providing the best possible cloud experience for the organizations we serve.”

The event will be held on March 26, 2014 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at ZingTrain’s training facility in Ann Arbor, MI. The price is $50 per person or $25 for students and representatives of non-profit organizations (use discount code LUMOS). Register at
