The cloud has gotten plenty of press recently, even making an appearance as an unlikely and frustrating villain in a recent Hollywood comedy. The term also worked its way into a recent episode of The Tonight Show, when host Jimmy Fallon invited actor Kevin Spacey to join him for a “Wheel of Impressions” game. During the scene, Fallon mentioned that the Wheel is not a physical object and that it actually resides in Denver, Colorado, in “the cloud.”
The cloud Fallon references is, in fact, hosted by Denver-based managed cloud services firm HOSTING. HOSTING delivers secure, compliant, always-on cloud solutions that empower companies to increase their revenues, reduce their expenses and manage their risk. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, HOSTING owns and operates six geographically-dispersed data centers under an ITIL-based control environment validated for compliance against HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOC (formerly SAS 70) frameworks. Its superior infrastructure, expert cloud architects and industry-leading customer satisfaction scores have been consistently recognized by Gartner in the Managed Hosting Magic Quadrant.
