    Meet Joel

    A seasoned entrepreneur and startup executive, Joel Daly has a proven track record of establishing operational strategies that position emerging companies for long-term growth. As CEO at HOSTING, Joel oversees all operational activities while ensuring that each department has the tools and resources they need to create the best possible customer experience. Joel also leads the HOSTING direct and indirect channel sales teams and programs from inception to sales success.

    Prior to HOSTING, Joel served as COO of QTC Management, a leading provider of medical examination and occupational health services. Previously, he co-founded and served as COO of INFLOW, an application hosting services provider. While at INFLOW, Joel oversaw the construction, operations and availability of 14 data centers throughout the United States. Joel also co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations for LINK-VTC, a global provider of videoconferencing services. LINK-VTC was acquired by Global Crossing in 1995.

    Joel holds a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

    An in-demand speaker, Joel advises corporations across the country on best practices for establishing service-oriented cultures.

    Rick Moore

    – Chief Financial Officer
    Meet Rick

    Rick brings over 22 years of Information Technology Services industry experience in finance, investing, consulting and operations to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His prior roles at HOSTING included Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Customer Insights.

    Prior to HOSTING, Rick was an associate at Meritage Private Equity Funds, a communications focused venture capital firm. While at Meritage, Rick served on the investment committee and as interim COO for one of their portfolio companies. Before joining Meritage, Rick served in management roles at Inflow, Inc. prior to its
    successful sale to Sungard Availability Services.

    Rick was also a consultant in Accenture’s Telecommunications Practice where he specialized in the Dynamic Middle Markets group.

    Rick has a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT
    Sloan School of Management.

    Don Barlow

    Meet Don

    Don serves as principal architect and executioner of plans required to realize the HOSTING 2020 Vision. Functions reporting to Don include operations, engineering, product, compliance and security and our HostMySite division.

    A 20-plus year veteran of the technology service provider field, Don brings a proven track record for improving operational and financial performance through the application and integration of people, process and technology.

    Prior to his role as COO, Don served two years as our EVP of Operations. His cloud roots date back to 2005 when he ran operations at OpSource (now Dimension Data). Don has also held executive-level positions at Qwest (now CenturyLink) and Advanced Technology Group.

    A passionate student and teacher of leadership, Don’s “why” is all about bringing out the very best in others. He teaches our Leadership@HOSTING series and enjoys coaching others to higher levels of performance.

    Don graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He spent five years as an Infantry officer and is a decorated combat veteran from the First Gulf War.

    Don lives in Denver with his wife and two kids where they enjoy the Colorado lifestyle and supporting Colorado Young Leader’s ongoing efforts to produce tomorrow’s leaders today.

    AnaLisa Valle

    – Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel
    Meet AnaLisa

    AnaLisa brings to Hosting an extensive legal background that includes experience both as outside counsel with a premier law firm and as in-house counsel with publicly traded media and technology companies.  She oversees all of Hosting’s legal needs, negotiating sound commercial contracts with both customers and vendors, addressing employee issues, managing outside counsel, and maintaining the company’s intellectual property portfolio, all while mitigating the company’s risk.

    Before joining Hosting, AnaLisa spent several years at Sherman & Howard L.L.C., a premier regional firm based in Denver, where she developed experience in a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including: mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, secured transactions, commercial contracts, entity formation, and corporate governance.  She also spent several years with a Boulder-based media and technology company, formerly traded on the NASDAQ, where she acted as General Counsel.  She has trained and managed junior associates, young lawyers, and paralegals throughout her career, and enjoys the mentoring aspect of that work.

    AnaLisa obtained her B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a double-major in History and English Literature, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law.

    AnaLisa’s publications include “To the Lowest Bidder? The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act and Auctioning the Role of Lead Counsel,” 74 University of Colorado Law Review 359 (Winter, 2003), and she is an annual guest lecturer at the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder.

    Meet Chris

    As the Chief Information Security Officer, Chris is focused on growing HOSTING’s core managed security and compliance services.

    With more than 18 years of IT, Project, Security and Governance leadership experience, Chris joins HOSTING from InteliSecure where he served as the Director, Information Security, Technology and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Chris was responsible for creating and maintaining the internal operation of the security and compliance program, and spearheaded both the PCI and ISO 27001:2013 compliance efforts, further improving the cornerstones of InteliSecure’s environment.

    Prior to joining InteliSecure, Chris compiled an extensive record of defining technology, implementing security and managing high performance teams throughout Colorado. He is married with two children, and likes to spend his free time with family outdoors or building off-road vehicles.

    Chris holds an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor BSI certification and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
